What is processed when you visit
As with every visit to a website, your browser sends technical data to the server that delivers this page: IP address, date and time, the address requested, browser and operating system identifiers and, where applicable, the page you visited before. A page cannot be delivered without this information.
This data is processed to run the site and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is keeping the site available. We do not analyze this data or combine it with anything else.
Language
The site is available in German and English. Which version you see is determined solely by the address you visit. Your browser’s language setting is not evaluated, and nothing is stored.
Fonts
The fonts used are hosted on the same server as the site. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other provider.
The app stores
The buttons lead to Apple and Google. What happens there is their responsibility, and their privacy policies apply. The connection is only made when you tap a button; nothing is sent to them before that.
The app
This policy applies only to the website. The app processes more because it does more: account, subscription, notes. You’ll find its own privacy policy at studycardsai.horize.de/privacy-policy.
Your rights
You have the rights under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, write to us at hello@fade.de. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, usually the one where you live.
